A good location. Easy to find. And a fabulous view from the bedroom window. The bedroom was spacious and had plenty of hanging/storage space provided in the wardrobe and dressing table. The lounge/ diner was more than adequate for our needs - the two-seater sofa allowed relaxing in comfort (I'm very short so all sofas are too deep for me) but my husband was very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and organised and easy to work in, although the only meal we ate there was breakfast. The bathroom boasted a very good shower and was just large enough to manage comfortably. We regret having not met the owner, but wish him well for the future. If we were in that part of Cornwall again we would certainly return to Laburnham Annexe. It was so convenient for Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Mevagissey and Foy. The pub in Bugle also offered a good meal on our first evening. All in all 100% perfect
