It is situated down a remote country lane near the village of Treneglos, halfway between Launceston and Camelford in Cornwall. Enter the cottage into the well-equipped kitchen before going through into the double bedroom which has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs, there is an open plan living area with sitting and dining areas, which have stunning countryside views and not another property in sight. Downstairs through the kitchen, you can go straight out onto the patio, a lovely spot for breakfast or for alfresco dinners using the barbecue. Walkers and dogs are both in for a treat here, with Hallworthy Forest close by and Bodmin Moor only a short drive away. Although total rest, peace and tranquility is assured, the cottage is situated only seven miles from the main A30, which runs through the centre of Cornwall, making access to anywhere in the county readily available. Also the coast is only six miles away and you will easily be able to get to wherever you want to go in the county, before looking forward to returning to this delightful cottage.

The town of Launceston, situated on the Devon and Cornwall border, has wonderful architecture, including some fine Georgian buildings in the central square, and is dominated by the ruins of a Norman castle sitting high above the town. Visit the Tamar Otter Park just 3 miles away or take a trip on the steam train from Launceston through the beautiful Kensey Valley on a 5 mile round trip. Launceston is within driving distance of the seaside resorts of Bude and Padstow to the north, and Plymouth to the south, as well as the stunning Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor. A superb base for exploring Cornwall and Devon.
