Also on the first floor is the sitting room, benefiting from a heavenly balcony offering elevated views of the picturesque surrounding countryside and the sea in the distance, to be admired whilst enjoying your morning coffee. Head down the stairs and arrive at the open plan living room, full of character with slate floors, a well-equipped kitchen, two loungers nestled around the feature woodburner and a dining area. From here you can access the garden with a delightful patio area and a barbecue, ideal for alfresco dining in the summer sun with your loved ones. A short drive will take you to Tintagel, set high on the coast with dramatic sea views from its iconic castle; it also provides a pleasant range of amenities in charming stone buildings. Walkers can explore the South West Coast Path whilst beach lovers can visit the beautiful natural cove at Trebarwith Strand. With a variety of pubs, restaurants and much to see and do close by, a well-earned break can be enjoyed here all-year-round.

Tintagel, home of King Arthur's Castle, is a popular tourist destination in Cornwall. The area is dominated by sea, coves and scenery. Beaches including Trebarwith Strand and Bossiney Cove, are within reach and surfing is a big attraction here. Tintagel has pubs and restaurants and the NT Old Post Office. The SW Coast Path passes through the village, winding its way along the cliffs and to the water's edge through the countryside. Boscastle is 2.5 miles north, with its quaint quay and pubs. Further afield are Newquay and Bude, with their resort attractions, while the open spaces of Bodmin Moor, the Eden Project, Padstow and the Camel Estuary are all within driving distance.
