Private lawn to the front and large shared grassed area with climbing frame, swings, picnic table, enclosed pond and views down the valley to the sea. You can walk to the sandy cove of Bossiney Haven via a long, steep, rocky valley footpath.

Inside, hall with big cupboard (washing machine, freezer). Three bedrooms – two double, one with sea views, and a bunk room (no clothes-hanging space). Bathroom (suite plus bath-shower) and separate loo (washbasin). Stairs up to large open-plan living/dining/kitchen (dishwasher, microwave) with TV/DVD, woodburner and balustrades from both the seating and dining areas, making the most of great sea views. A lovely area to explore and discover the magical coastline steeped in history and legend.
