Bossiney Bay is a beautiful location and a lovely quiet holiday park. I would definitely recommend the location and park.We had a lovely stay - lodge is fully equipped with all the kitchen equipment needed and a lovely hottub. The Lodge was fully cleaned, and key left securely, so we didn’t have to use reception. Reception staff provided the details on the phone and were very friendly. Unfortunately, the lodge could benefit from a few updates / repairs as it is getting tired in places e.g.:- the double bed mattress is completely finished (ridges, dips etc.), we had stay in the single beds provided in other rooms- The shower did not drain very well – filled up with water every time- decking railings were broken, and parts of the hottub cover and exterior were broken- bathrooms could do with an updateI would recommend a periodic deep clean too – windows, bathrooms, curtains, light shades could have been cleaner! I would also recommend removing all decorative pillow during the Covid period. More towels /robe would also be a nice feature for the hottub (only one towel provided per person). Overall though we had a fantastic holiday in a lovely setting.
