The cottage is set back from the lane, with a small enclosed gravelled courtyard (bench) in front and, across the lane, a big, private grassy garden (table/chairs, hammock) with stream running along one boundary (unfenced), mature trees and splendid garden house (available Easter to end of September) with PlayStation/Wii, kitchenette and shower - a wonderful place for relaxation.
Living room with slate floor (rug), raised woodburner, VDU/DVD and good selection of DVDs (no TV reception) and iPod dock; kitchen/dining room (slimline dishwasher,washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, freezer, cooker with induction hob, larder fridge). Ground-floor bathroom (suite with separate shower); additional loo. Steep stairs up to two bedrooms both with lofty, sloping beams – a double (5’ bed), and one with two singles. Close to the Coast Path, surfing beaches and a hedgerow-lane walk to a pub (torch essential).

"3 Newell Green is a superb cottage, full of character, in a great location providing a fantastic, value for money base from which to explore this wonderful area. The facilities in the cottage are first rate and the garden room is an excellent addition. The caretaker, Tracey, is very friendly and provides all the assistance required. All in all, my wife and I had an outstanding holiday and are already considering a return in the near future."
