For a livelier nightlife, visitors will enjoy the various clubs and pubs in nearby Newquay, though also of interest in the town are the impressive Zoo and Sea Life Centre. Also within easy driving distance is the cathedral city of Truro and the magnificent Eden Project.

Wheal Kitty was excellent. Parking was easy, the cottage was clean and just the right size for 2 of us. The shower was also very easy and accessible. It was a central location for all parts of Cornwall, although some of the country lanes are a bit scary. We would definitely stay again.

Very calm and quiet and we loved every moment of staying in. Reasonable travel time to all the attractions and shops. Would definitely recommend holiday makers for a beautiful stay.
