Please note, there are no facilities available on park until 23rd March. In February Half Term the only facility available is the pool.

Not what we expected at all. Furniture was so tired that all the stuffing had been worn off the arms and seat and you were forced to rest arms on wood. Used blankets to try and soften them up. Seats so hard it made us suffer pain in legs and back and we came home early. Cobwebs inside bedroom windows, had to get the oven cleaned as hadn't been done in months and full of dirt on the bottom which smoked us out when switched on. Front window didn't sit in the frame properly so was always a draught. Curtains were all faded on the edges, dirt/dust blowing down the corridor, lino was buldging in hallway, carpets dirty and need a clean. No hand soap provided (during covid crisis, really?) toilet paper was like grease proff stuff so immediately had to go buy soap and Andrex. Would never go here again, absolutely terrible place. The main facilities at the entertainment space were not much better and only once saw someone cleaning high touch point areas (door handles, tables etc. When I reported the oven needed cleaning, I was asked if I'd like to clean it, or should they send someone! Have to say this is the worst holiday facilities I have ever stayed at in the UK. Given it a generous 3 rating due to the lovely grounds and surroundings resorts

Nice spacious lodge. Very clean. Couple of issues sorted straight away. Food very good. Staff excellent. Glad we weren't under trees in Glade 10. I think all properties should have own car park space but not a big issue. Some horrible B roads local which Sat nav sent us through but will know better next time. Nearest beach is Rock 10 minutes away.
