If you're feeling energetic, try out the water sports centre and sailing school at Rock, just 2 miles away where you can catch a foot ferry across the Camel estuary to lively Padstow. For golfing fanatics, theres a fine course at St Enodoc. In a peaceful location, this is an excellent cottage for families with easy access to north Cornwall's beaches and attractions.
The seaside village of Polzeath boasts a sandy beach, which is bordered by rock pools and is acclaimed to be one of the best surfing beaches in the country. Polzeath itself has a number of small shops, cafes and restaurants, and the South West Coast Path, a 630-mile route, runs through the village.

Facilities were excellent and location was perfect for exploring North Cornwall. Weather was wet and windy but the cottage was a warm and comfortable place to come home to.

One minor irritant was that there is nowhere to put anything in the separate shower other than on the floor. Some form of shelving would make all the difference.

Perfect for family and a dog. Spacious, clean and with everything youâd want in terms of self catering, getting outdoors and being able to manage your post beach or walk clothing/pet. A quiet setting in a beautiful village and within easy reach of everything Cornwall has to offer. A warm friendly welcome from the owners who are close by for any assistance. A proper home from home and thoroughly recommended for the Seven Bays area and North Coast.
