With spectacular sea views across to the entrance to the Camel Estuary this spacious self contained wing of the large substantially built old farmhouse is entered from the farmyard through a private wide gate and along a gravelled path.
The front door under an open porch leads into a spacious slate floored hallway. A comfortable sitting room and fully fitted kitchen have lovely coastal views from the windows.
The staircase curves up from the hallway, where there is a W.C. and hand basin, to a wide landing, a bathroom / W.C. with basin and four bedrooms. The master bedroom has twin beds, there is a twin bedded room and one is double bedded, all three are spacious with showers and basins en suite and with lovely sea views. The fourth, adjacent to the bathroom, with substantial bunk beds has views over the farmyard.
There is a walled and gated lawn directly in front of the wing.
Please note: Towels are not available. 1 bag coal (04 Sept - Easter) inclusive.

Wonderful house for family holiday with spectacular views. Very peaceful. Great cliff walks with access to large surfing beach either by foot or by car. An experience we shall certainly want to repeat.
