This charming studio apartment is situated in 1.3 acres of land near the owners home in the village of Polgooth, two miles from St Austell. Ideal for a romantic break and perfectly located for visiting Cornwall's top attractions such as the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project and close to the beautiful villages of Mevagissey and Charlestown. This apartment has an open plan living accommodation with a double bed, kitchen, dining area and sitting area. There is also a shower room and all beautifully furnished throughout, so you will have everything you need for a comfortable and quiet break away. Outside there are two private patios where you can relax with a cup of coffee or a refreshing drink whilst planning your next days adventures. Polgooth is well known to locals for the famous 16th century classic Cornish pub, the Polgooth Inn, serving the very best local produce and excellent locally brewed ales. Set in a beautiful rural valley the pub is open all day every day and a visit to your local will show you why many people travel from around the County to enjoy the experience provided. With cosy fires throughout the winter, to sitting out in the garden listening to live music in the summer, this splendid pub is steeped in history and is a must visit. For days out you are spoilt for choice with the famous leading attractions as well as the many fishing villages for which the south coast of Cornwall is justly famous all close by and within a short drive. This property is outstanding it is clean, homely and well presented The additional touches of milk, chocolates, eggs and Prosecco is a lovely gesture from the owners to make each person who has booked feel special The facilities are great the pool, jacuzzi and games room have made this accommodation outstanding The owners are extremely helpful with anything that you need and are very welcoming too
