About this property

Set in a beautiful part of Cornwall, Trevillas is an immaculately presented ground floor apartment in an ideal spot from which to explore the surrounding countryside and coast. This cosy holiday home is just a short drive to Fowey, which was home to English author and playwright Daphne du Maurier. The Georgian port of Charlestown, with traditional Square Riggers ships which can be found in the harbour and backdrop to the popular TV series Poldark, is just a short drive away, as are the world renowned Lost Gardens of Heligan. Attached to the owner's' home, Trevillas is surrounded by an acre of well kept gardens, shared with the owners and which you are welcome to enjoy. Inside, you'll find a bright and sunny living room, a neat kitchen and pretty double bedroom. Guests also have a private secluded patio area, which, with Cornwall's sub-tropical climate, is ideal for enjoying an evening meal in lovely surroundings.

Polgooth is a quiet settlement on the outskirts of St Austell. 3 miles from the sea, the village is close to beaches, and the South West Coast Path also runs close by. The area has a host of visitor attractions, with the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Tall Ships Harbour at Charlestown all within a 15 minute drive.
