As with next door Minnows, Pepper offers flexible accommodation for families and groups with a wonderfully spacious bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and a twin room upstairs with sofa, games console and TV. A large, well equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a comfortable lounge/dining area complete the accommodation. The facilities on St Merryn Park include sports bar; bar serving food, shop and tennis courts (seasonal opening times may apply to all facilities). The lovely quiet enclosed rear garden and decking provides a lovely relaxed setting for an early morning coffee or a late afternoon/early evening glass of wine.
