Open plan, exquisite bungalow in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac on St Merryn holiday park. A shirt drive to the famous seven bays sandy beaches and 10 minute drive to Padstow.
This cottage will be a sure fire hit with its quiet location and modern features. Couples and families will love spending time in this cosy cottage with an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge and stunning bi-folding front doors.
Hideaway benefits from facilities on the holiday park including a bar serving food, shop and tennis courts, Sassy Squirrel Cafe and indoor soft play for children to name a few (seasonal opening times may apply to all facilities). St Merryn Village has thriving local community offering many great eateries, fantastic bakery, village shop and a newsagent where you pick up some local produce along with your daily paper, everything you could need only a mile away.
A 10-minute drive could find you on any one of several golden sand beaches great for surfing so why not make use of the surf boards or body boards provided, wetsuits can be hired in the village or at some of the beaches. In the other direction you have the bustling fishing town of Padstow to explore making this a great base to explore Cornwall.

We enjoyed a week long family holiday at Hideaway and we thought it was a lovely place to stay. The location of the bungalow is perfect for popping to lots of local beaches, including Constantine Bay, Treyarnon, Porthcothan, Harlyn Bay, and into Padstow. There’s an on-site shop and pub, also a top-notch bakers and fantastic fish & chip shop in St Merryn, which we enjoyed. The bungalow itself is smart, clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable, with all you might need for a nice stay. There’s a shed which is a utility room with washing machine, dryer and laundry facilities. The kitchen is well equipped. The garden is nicely enclosed, beautifully planted, and it truly lives up to its name, feeling tucked-away, secluded and quiet, despite being in the middle of a holiday park. The logistics of fitting in a travel cot means we might struggle to stay here again until our youngest can sleep in a single bed (we were able to fit her smaller Next-to-me cot in the master bedroom this time). However, the place was very lovely, and we’d definitely like to come back!

Stayed in lots of different properties. All have been excellent but Hideaway was amazing really loved it. Cornish Horizons are always do helpful and friendly. Would recommend them to anyone!
