Nile’s Apartment is a stunningly refurbished first floor apartment set in the heart of St Merryn village. Originally the owners family home, a lot of thought and care has gone into the improvements creating a fantastic holiday base for couples or families alike. Set in the elevated position you can literally see everything going on in the village – perfectly positioned for watching St Merryn carnival which takes place every August. The 7 bays of St Merryn are a short drive from the property, Harlyn being the closest. If you don’t fancy cooking in the evening you have a number of places to choose from only a stone’s throw away. However you decide to spend your holiday, Nile’s Apartment will be a joy to come back to each day.
This property offers a low occupancy discount of 20% for 2 or fewer on full weekly bookings at certain times of the year which means that if low occupancy for 2, then you are restricted to the use of bedroom 1 including the en suite, please note that bedroom 2, 3 and the main bathroom will be unavailable for use. This discount is automatically applied and the holiday price you are quoted reflects this. Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired - see hire page.
