Woodlark has been beautifully renovated to make the perfect holiday home with a lovely light and airy feel. The sun floods into the lounge and dining area during the morning where the comfortable window seat is a fantastic place to relax with a book or the newspaper.  In the afternoon and evening, the enclosed rear garden is a real sun trap, perfect for relaxing after a day out whilst in the cooler months the woodburner will ensure you're warm and cosy. St Merryn is the ideal base for a holiday, the small village, centered around the crossroads is only yards away and boasts shops to meet your every need including a selection of pubs and eateries.  Situated just a mile from the spectacular North coast this is a walkers paradise, if it's relaxation on a sandy beach you're after you're spoilt for choice as there are enough for every day of the week, there are several surf schools in the area offering the opportunity for you to try you hand at a choice of water sports - golfers will love the challenge of the championship links at Trevose Golf Club where they also have two nine hole courses.  If you do want to venture further afield Padstow is just 3 miles away and it is about 40 minutes' drive to the Eden Project.

garden & parking: Parking for 3 cars in the drive. The garden is mainly lawned, patio table and chairs. Decked area adjacent to house with table and chairs.  There is space in the garage to store bikes, surfboards etc.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent; gas c.h./hot water, woodburner in lounge; heated towel rail bathroom and en suite.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
