Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: 42'' Smart TV will full Sky package, Marshall speaker, games chest, far reaching views across the golf course to Trevose head, electric oven, steam oven, microwave, plate warmer, induction hob, wine fridge, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso Pod coffee machine and milk frother.

second floor:

Bedroom 1: Super kingsize bed (6'), armchair, two seater sofa, 42'' Smart TV with full Sky package, hair dryer, separate dressing area providing hanging space and draw space, yale safe, sea views across Trevose golf course to Trevose Head En Suite Bathroom: Bath with hand held shower over, separate walk in thermostatic shower, basin, w.c. 

garden & parking:  Designated parking spaces for 2 cars. Small front garden laid to lawn with outside shower, balcony off lounge to the front of the house benefiting from sea and headland views, south facing terrace off kitchen with patio furniture, external staircase leading to suntrap patio on ground floor, this can also be accessed from bedroom 2.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:30pm - departure 10:00am.

Security Deposit: £300.

Power and Heat: Electricity and gas included in rent; underfloor heating throughout; gas fired boiler hot water, electric heated towel rails.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).

Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired - see hire page.
