Entrance porch; open-plan living/dining room (TV/DVD) with woodburner; fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, freezer) with breakfast bar; utility room (washing machine, tumble drier) with door to patio; shower-room (suite). Steep stairs up to three bedrooms – a double (5’ bed) with door to balcony, a twin, and a room with two singles, all with estuary views. Bathroom (suite plus hand-shower). Parking for one car. A good location for coastal walks and beaches (three within 5 minutes' walk).

"Very cosy and well equipped cottage, in a quiet location. Dog friendly, but not particularly 'dog owner' friendly. Taking our Retriever out to find a patch of grass was quite a palaver, given the winter storms coming up The Channel. Car parking priceless: but only for small/ medium sized cars."
