About this property

At the back, a private suntrap courtyard (table/chairs, shrubs) for sitting out.

Inside, spacious and light. Large living room with ‘coal effect’ electric fire, TV/DVD and two windows with view of seafront; good-sized fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer) with table/chairs; utility room (washing machine, sink); shower-room (suite) and door to back porch (tumble drier) through to courtyard. Open tread stairs up to two bedrooms – a double (5’ bed), and a twin, both with panoramic sea views as if from the bridge of a ship; bathroom (suite plus bath-shower) with wonderful sea views from the bath. Parking outside October to Easter and on summer nights; public car park (extra), a few yards away.
