Mount Brioni is a collection of Mediterranean-style apartments and houses, situated in the village of Seaton on the coast of South Cornwall. Apartment 25 is furnished in a contemporary style and to a high standard throughout, taking in the open plan living area, bedroom and modern bathroom. The terrace offers inspiring views of the Cornish coastline providing a prime position for relaxing and soaking up the tranquil ambience of the area.

Thoughtfully designed to an exceptional standard, all of the properties benefit from lavish internal fixtures and fittings to ensure your stay is truly special. Features, such as the under floor central heating system, which is fuelled by a green ‘air exchange unit’, help to ensure that whilst you enjoy your stay, you don’t leave a large carbon footprint in the sand.

The apartments are set in beautiful South-facing gardens providing a relaxing retreat from the stress of everyday life. There is also a communal barbeque area allowing al-fresco dining in spectacular surroundings.

For those wishing to explore the area, the coastal path is within yards of the grounds, and guests can stroll 100 yards down to the beach, which has a small river running across it, and rock pools ideal for crabbing. The beach is a popular spot to fish from throughout the year.

Seaton itself has a pub, bistro, shop and beach café. With the recent sinking of the Scylla frigate in Whitsand Bay, Seaton is popular with divers. Nearby there is a Country Park in the river valley, offering excellent walks through the nature reserve, children's adventure playground and places to picnic. For the keen golfer, there are challenging courses at Looe and Whitsand Bay.
Dogs are not accepted between 29th July and 26th August.

    ...facing apartments that are clean and modern with every appliance you could wish for, they are comfortable and well maintained, the standard of the furnishing and equipment is very good and the showers are excellent, Seaton is about 1.5 hours walk from Looe (or a short car run (7 miles tops) there is a nice beach walk to Downderry and the Shore Inn (on the cliff at Downderry) provides good food and a great view - it's about a 20 min walk.     ... new decor inside has made it feel more homely, the owners have taken great care over this apartment. Everything inside is a high standard and the view is perfect. Word of warning the carpark is very tight and steep but is usable. We will be booking again. Submitted by Rebecca on 22/05/2016
