At the front, a gravelled parking area and, at the back, each has its own large, enclosed garden. Thirty yards along the lane are 100 acres of private woodland to walk or cycle. The river Allen flows through it (tiddler fishing). The cottages belong to the Lamellen Estate. Spring water.
