To the front, parking and gravel approach; at the back, an enclosed, south-facing, shrub/flower-filled garden with paved patio (table/chairs, awning, chimenea) with lovely open rural views.
From front garden, door (5’10” lintel) to hall; living/dining room, filled with light from a large skylight in its lofty vaulted ceiling, with woodburner, TV/DVD, iPod dock and door to garden; kitchen (slimline dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric cooker); double bedroom (5’ bed) with TV and pretty garden view; bathroom (suite, corner bath plus hand-shower). A good place in which to relax or to tour from, close to many fine surfing beaches.

"We had Christmas/New Year at Swallow Barn. It was great. The owners had added many "Christmas'y" extras and were extremely helpful throughout our stay. We would recommend it as it is very close to coastal walking/Camel trail/good pub and many other attractions in the area."
