Entrance through garden gate to sunny little patio garden (table/chairs, bench) and conservatory (dining table/chairs) with side view of Summer’s Beach; hallway; living room with leather sofa, woodburner, TV/DVD/video and hatch to kitchen; well-equipped galley-style fitted kitchen (slimline dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, freezer, larder fridge) with breakfast table/chairs. Steep stairs up to three bedrooms – a double with en suite shower-room (suite) and a room with single bed and 2'6" cabin bed above, both with sea view, and a small but light single. Bathroom (suite plus hand-shower). Loading/unloading a few yards away; public car park, 100 yards. A convenient cottage in a beautiful part of Cornwall.
