About this property

A stunning property with panoramic bay viewsA stunning property with panoramic bay views

The Poop Deck, 3 Harbour House is a beautiful modern apartment in the heart of St Ives, on the North Cornwall coast. Ideally situated for exploring some of Cornwall’s fantastic natural scenery, you will be less than one hours’ drive from Lands End, Lizard Point and the world famous Eden Project.

A gorgeous property with views of the historic harbour and fishing port, town centre, the Tate and St Ives Bay, the apartment has large bay windows directly overlooking the harbour. You'll see the fishermen land their catch at Smeaton's Pier and the St Ives lifeboat launch from the slipway just across the wharf.

Spacious, bright and airy, the open plan layout and large windows offer great views of the harbour and beach and with direct access to the covered balcony, you can relax at almost any time of day, watch the world go by and enjoy the water lapping at the shore with the colourful boats bobbing on the shimmering water, and the children playing on the beach just a few metres away.

St Ives is a beautiful town with award winning golden sands and clear sea. There are cobbled streets filled with fisherman's cottages, galleries including the prestigious St Ives Tate and craft shops alongside modern restaurants and cafes. The bustling harbour is home to many fishing boats that bring in quality catches of local fish that you will find in many of the restaurants.

...very clean and comfortable and the welcome pack of a Cream Tea was a lovely gesture to find after a long journey. The decor and furnishings are stunning and of a high quality. We liked the lights in the kitchen that changed colour - great fun! The location is excellent, just a few feet from the sea and near all the restaurants and shops. It was so nice to just sit out on the balcony and watch the world go by. We'd highly recommend this property and would stay there again. Submitted by Jane on 19/09/2016

...local amenities, beaches etc. and I can sincerely say we were not disappointed. Spectacular location and superb accommodation, which is suitable for a family group including both young children and retired members. No expense spared on fixtures and fittings with ample space. Whole experience from booking through to writing this review has been completely stress free. Will definitely consider Blue Chip in future and recommend to friends. Submitted by Angela on 01/08/2016
