    3 Salt is a fabulous apartment, first class, we wanted for nothing. The view from the apartment is lovely. A 5 minute walk down to Porthminster beach, a beautiful sandy beach with a fab beach cafe/restaurant. St Ives is a 10 minute walk from the apartment, with fabulous eateries along the harbour, at beaches and in the town. The town itself is very clean and has lots to offer including four beaches! but watch out for the seagulls, they have a penchant for ice cream :)

    Just returned from a fabulous week at 3 Salt. There was 4 adults in total and we all fell in love with this apartment. The apartment has been so tastefully furnished and is pure luxury but has a lovely comfortable welcoming feel. Everything you could ask for has been thought of. The situation of the property is so good and a very short distance to walk into the centre of St Ives and beach. Parking at the property is another asset. We had our own parking space allocated for us. We were so impressed with how immaculately clean the apartment was. Throughout the apartment there are lovely pieces of art from local artists. The master bedroom is amazing with the 7ft Emperor bed. There are fantastic restaurants, bars, cafes and shops within a few minutes walk from Salt. We will definitely be back next year!
