In an elevated position in St Ives with stunning views of the harbour, across the bay and out to sea. This comfortable and well-equipped accommodation is set all on one level. There is a beautiful paved patio area with seating directly outside the property which is ideal for alfresco dining on sunny days as well as a shared lawn to the front.

Outdoors: There is an outside area with patio furniture and room for drying clothes and a steep one-acre field with benches to the front of the property which is shared with Trehayes Haven next door.

Parking: There is parking for two cars to the side of the property.

Family facilities: Not provided but can be hired.  

Pets: No pets allowed, sorry.

General: Gas and electricity included, electric wall heaters.

Important notes: No smoking, no pets.

Changover Day: Saturday - arrival 7:00pm - departure - 9:00am.
