    The property was in a very good location & within walking distance to the centre of St Ives ,the property was also spotless and had everything that was required during our stay and having a garage to park in was also very pleasing.

    Lovely Apartment, clean and with everything you need. The views from the living room are nice and it was only about 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach, about 10 minutes back due to the steps, but a great location.

    Some basics in the property need looking at including Basin plugs, shower screen in Bathroom, needed a peg to hold it in a usable position, en-suite shaving light didn’t work. Push button flushing to both wcs were difficult, Venetian blind’s generally tatty looking. Some basic utensils like bottle opener, kitchen scissors missing. Lounge coffee table is not securely fixed and could be dangerous if leant on.
