Approached by a flight of granite steps from the Wharf and then up a flight of stairs to the front door. The flat comprises of 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower over bath, wc & wash hand basin and a lounge/kitchen/diner.
Facilities: Duvets, pillows and bed linen provided, but guests need to bring their own towels (please contact the St Ives office for hire details if required). Electric thermal radiators. No parking, but public car parks nearby where you can purchase a weekly ticket (See Cornwall Council website - Countywide rover tickets). Shops/beach on the doorstep. No smoking property. Comunal WiFi available from the restaurant below.
