Whitehorses is a beautiful property set in an elevated position overlooking Carbis Bay and the dramatic north Cornwall coast. .
Once inside you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing break, and with 4 bedrooms the property can easily accommodate seven guests. You can step out to the balcony from the living room or master bedroom. Here you’ll find the perfect outdoor space to relax and take in the breathtaking views over Carbis Bay or you can unwind in the beautiful gardens.
Whitehorses is located just a short stroll from the Blue Flag award winning Carbis Beach. St Ives is only a three minute train ride away from the Carbis Bay railway station, just a 10 minute walk from Whitehorses. Alternatively St Ives can be reached by walking along the coastal path for just over one mile.
St Ives is a unique town full of artistic and fishing heritage. There is so much to explore from the picturesque harbour, the Tate St Ives and the narrow streets full of craft shops, restaurants and cafes.

We holidayed as a large family group. Whitehorses is a beautiful house. There was plenty of room to spread out and find quiet corners! I loved reading whilst sitting in the bay window! Three balconies --what a luxury! Amazing views across Carbis Bay; a spacious garden with a patio area which trapped the sun at tea-time--just right for BBQs . A surprise bonus was the fabulous Hot-tub, a great way to unwind at the end of the day! The beach is a short walk away but a very steep climb on the way back! Further on is St Ives--a lovely walk. An amazing holiday--Thank you Derek!

We stayed at Whitehorses, Carbis Bay (three generation holiday) and were overwhelmed by the house and the location - the web page didn't do it justice! Met by Derek for that personal touch who gave us valuable local info - thank you. Cream tea was not so impressive and would have been better if provided by local bakery (not Tesco scones and pot of Hartley seedless jam :( The third double bedroom was a little disappointing, no TV, no full length wardrobe and the wife had to hang her dresses on the curtain pole. It could easily accommodate fitted wardrobes as it was a lovely sized room. The only other little minor nag - we had 7 adults, there wasn't enough breakfast dishes to go round. Otherwise we really couldn't fault our stay and would happily go again. Overall, a wonderful house Blue Chip - thank you.... and an even bigger thank you to Derek.

It is the first time we booked a holiday in a rented house and we were very lucky. The location is perfect, beautiful views, close to beautiful beaches and to St Ives. Perfect with walking distance to Carbis Bay train station and from there a 3 minutes trip to St Ives. The house is clean and functional and it was easy to get hold of caretakers if we needed to. Definitely recommend this house, we wish we could have stayed for the whole summer!
