Every now and then, you need that escape to somewhere that’s all about enjoying the simple things in life, and Una St Ives has everything you need to slow down and catch your breath. From lazy lunches at the Una Kitchen restaurant (where they have a wood burning pizza oven don’t you know), to those strolls to nearby Carbis Bay, this one’s for the families.

The Kitchen restaurant serves up food with flair, and it’s perfect for those laidback meals when you don’t fancy cooking. The indoor swimming pool means there’s plenty to entertain the kids no matter what the weather decides to do, and there’s even a smaller pool for the little ones. Whether you’re content to bask in the sauna or the steam room, or you prefer to see how many lengths you can squeeze in, this is the perfect way to unwind in between adventures.

What’s a break in Cornwall without at least one trip to a spa? Happily, The Retreat spa is just the place to take some time out, and you’ll be able to choose from a whole selection of blissful treatments.
