Step inside and you’ll be greeted by a designer open plan kitchen, dining and living area accessed via a small entrance lobby. Continuing on the ground floor, a family bathroom separates two double bedrooms. Its ground floor layout means that the property is perfect for elderly guests or those with limited mobility.

We are a family of 4 with 2 young children and had a lovely week at Una. Lots to see and do in the area even in February. The holiday house was kitted out really well, and with everything so new it was a great place to relax. Extra touches like suitable games and DVDs for everyone was good. The spa and pool are amazing. The place was very quiet so we mostly had the pool area to ourselves which was wonderful (and probably just as well with 2 noisy kids jumping in the pool!). We managed to clock up 14 hours in the pool area over the week!! I am extremely picky when it comes to choosing holidays, and I was pleased with it - 9 out of 10!

With such competent and professional, friendly booking and on arrival at the Una St Ives site it was a not a surprise to find such quality accommodation in this area of coastal Cornwall. It still exceeded our expectations to have such a spacial layout of rooms all on ground level, fitted with everything needed and to such a high standard and cleanliness in a holiday let. For once it was a pleasure to be self catering as the kitchen was so well equipped. A real home from home without the clutter and a brightness and karma so relaxing that you could forget to make use of the excellent spa opportunities. Not to be missed though - a large indoor pool for real swimming and children's pool that suited all the family for enjoyment and unwinding. If only the spa could be open for longer hours and we could have stayed longer too!

We recently stayed at Una St Ives in Carbis Bay. What's not to love about this place! A beautiful and Quaint Holiday retreat fully equipped with everything you could need for a self catering holiday. A stunning location, stunning home and very enjoyable experience! All of the Staff were friendly accommodating and very helpful. The Spa facilities were beautiful,clean and very relaxing. We cannot wait to return in the summer.
