Bay View Retreat is a modern top floor apartment in the Boskenza Court block, less than a mile from the beach and with stunning sea views to St Ives Bay, Godrevy, Hayle and along the coast to Trevose Head. Approached via a flight of steps, Bay View Retreat is a stylish, light and airy apartment. The lounge has a stove style electric fire, wide choice of DVDs and breathtaking views. A modern, well-equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, one double and a twin. Fully enclosed communal garden with private parking.
first floor:
Entrance: Via a flight of external stairs.
Kitchen: Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine.
Lounge/ Diner: TV, DVD player and ample DVDs, stereo, sea views, imitation coal fire.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, wardrobe, sea views.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds, bedside cabinet, small built in wardrobe.
Bathroom: Electric shower over bath, basin, w.c.
garden & parking: Parking area outside of apartment block (spaces are not allocated). Enclosed communal garden.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power & Heat: Electricity included.
Bedding & linen: Bed linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Not available but can be hired locally - see hire page.
