A well-presented first floor apartment within a small complex just a short walk from the sandy beach at Carbis Bay. With a bird's eye view across the rooftops to St Ives Bay from the open plan living space, it is easy to soak up the seaside atmosphere. Comfortably furnished, the open plan living space spans the front aspect and there are two neat bedrooms at the back with ample storage which share a modern bathroom with a spa bath. There is a little balcony with furniture at the front of the apartment as well as a small communal garden. Carbis Bay is a coastal village with a good range of local shops and restaurants and a cafe overlooking the beach making it the perfect base for a fun filled family break. Magical St Ives is within twenty minutes walk along the undulating coastal path or just a couple of minutes by train from the nearby branch line station. This picturesque harbour town is a maze of tiny cobbled lanes with quaint shops and breath-taking seaside vistas. Bask in the sunshine at one of the quayside eateries and enjoy the amazing view across to Godrevy Lighthouse. A well kept secret, Porth Kidney Sands can be reached at low tide around Hawkes Point to the east of Carbis Bay and if you are lucky you may have it all to yourselves. Make sure you take supplies though as there is no cafe here. For rainy day entertainment take the children to Paradise Park in nearby Hayle, a wildlife and bird sanctuary with an indoor play centre. With its fabulous location, Eagle's View is ideal for couples and small families wanting to explore the St Ives area.
