The open plan living, dining and kitchen takes full advantage of the fantastic panoramic sea views that overlook Carbis Bay and Godrevy lighthouse. With one double bed and one twin room, the property offers flexible sleeping accommodation for either couples, friends or a small family looking for a conveniently located seaside property. Shops, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants can all be found within short walking distance from the property, as well as a regular bus service into St Ives. The apartment also benefits from a shared garden for you to enjoy after a busy day exploring this beautiful area of West Cornwall.

Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: Twin bed (can be made up as a double if requested), wardrobe.

One allocated parking space, with additional visitors parking available. Communal garden with picnic bench and clothes line.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Power and Heating: Electricity included in rent; electric heaters and heated towel rail in bathroom.

Baby Equipment: Not available but may be hired locally.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).

Shop: 0.2ml Pub: 1ml.
