We very much enjoyed our stay in Ancient Lights. It was the perfect location for us, close to Porthmeor Beach and the St Ives Bakery. We found the house to be very comfortable and peaceful, even though it was right in the centre of town. We would note two things from our stay. One is that the house is compact and if you are looking for a lot of room (or have big kids) you may want somewhere larger. Also, in the current circumstances, parking in St Ives is very limited, so if you don't want to walk from a distant car park you might want to find a house with on-site parking. All in all, however, we had a great time in Ancient Lights and would definitely consider coming back.
