Well-equipped fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, freezer) with quarry-tile floor and table/chairs. Bathroom (suite, shower over bath); separate loo. Steep, open tread stairs (5'8" beam) from the living room to two cosy bedrooms – a double (5'6" lintel), and a twin (2'6" beds, 5'11" lintel), both gently decorated with mostly Liberty prints, pictures, ornaments. Best for 2 adults and 2 children.
