It faces its large and very pretty sunny garden with two patios (tables/chairs) and a few steps up to a lawn. Four steps up from parking area to entrance. Living room with oak beams, thick uneven walls, big sofas, TV/DVD, garden view and an inglenook (woodburner – logs provided); smart kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric cooker) which opens into lovely big conservatory/dining room (TV). Ground-floor bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Open stairs from living room up to three bedrooms – a double (5’ bed) with en suite shower-room (suite), a twin with walk-in wardrobe and en suite shower-room (suite), and a room with two sets of 3’ bunks, TV/DVD and corner clothes-rail. Washing machine, tumble drier and wetsuit drying in garage, plus warm outside shower for sandy children/dogs. Best for maximum 6 adults or 4 adults/4 children. Footpath/lane walk/cycle across creek bridge to Padstow (about 3 miles). A beautiful cottage in a stunning area.

"Helpful Holidays have done it again. A beautiful, well appointed, comfortable cottage in a great location. Very peaceful yet close enough to the tourist areas if that is your thing. Its even close enough for anyone that is reasonably active to be able to walk to Padstow. This is a truly dog friendly property with bowls and dog treats supplied for my furry friend.The parking area is cosy and takes some careful negotiation if you are driving anything bigger than a medium saloon. All in all a very nice cottage and fully recommended."
