There were other holiday homes on site but nicely spread out so we felt like we had our own private space Phil the owner was on hand if we needed help with anything. Would recommend a visit

Cottage immaculately clean with everything you could need. Lovely, helpful hosts and it was nice to meet some of the caravan owners who were on the other side of the field. A great place to base yourself, whether you want to explore Cornwall or just chill sitting in the grounds. Mevagissey is lovely to visit (you'll walk round it quite quickly) but don't follow the satnav; the road is barely one car width! Pity the driver towing a caravan who meets the same coming from the opposite direction! We mentioned this to one of the caravaners and they'd followed the same route, though not towing, and found it hairy, too! Though it's a bit further, but doesn't take longer, go via St. Austell. Charlestown (near St. Austell), St. Mawes and Pendennis Castle (English Heritage, Falmouth) are worth visiting, as is The Lost Gardens of Heligan, which was superb value for money. We hope you enjoy your trip, as well as your stay at Vose Farm!

Cottage building was attractive. Laundry facilities were good (rotary clothes line in small garden with a daisy filled lawn) and the cottage was clean. All bathroom and kitchen facilities operated well. We were surprised there was no ‘welcome’ kit with milk, tea and coffee or a few biscuits and no shower gel - the only accommodation where we’ve found non of these ready. We’d brought our own but these touches always make guests feel welcome, even if in small amounts. Towels were clean but rough. We were disappointed that there were no outdoor cushions to make the two metal chairs comfortable so we could enjoy a morning coffee and that the outdoor bench/ table was rotting and not comfortable for summer evening relaxation, where the pleasant surroundings could then be enjoyed.
