Famous ‘Doc Martin’ characters sat on its garden wall when filming nearby. At the back, a large, enclosed lawned garden (table/chairs, barbecue) and, beyond, agricultural barns (vehicle storage) and cattle-grazed meadows – an occasional tractor will trundle by.
From gravelled surrounds, 3 shallow steps up to front door; hall (space for coats/boots); living room with TV/DVD and glazed doors to garden; smart fitted kitchen/dining room (slimline dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer). Two bedrooms – a double (TV), and one with two singles; shower-room (suite). Friendly owners live 100’ away. A welcoming home-from-home in a peaceful setting, yet within easy reach of picturesque Port Isaac.
