Ground floor: sunny living room with bay window (sea view), pastel colourings, pretty Victorian open fireplace (coal included), TV/DVD; archway to fitted kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, microwave, larder fridge) with slate floor; hall (washing machine, tumble drier, freezer); shower-room (suite); door to steps (narrow, handrail) to garden. Four bedrooms – on the first floor, a twin, and a large double with countryside views; bathroom (suite). On the second floor (steep stairs, handrail), a single (lovely sea views) and a double bedroom, both with dormer windows. A good cottage within a stroll of the lovely harbour, with the great benefit of parking too.

"Lovely cottage in character style village of Port Isaac. From the cottage we could easily visit other villages with character such as Tintagel and Boscastle where we enjoyed the walks along the coast paths with interesting cliffs. We also had day trips to Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan, and Lands End and Minnack Theatre with some good walks here also"
