Experience - The Area...

Located in the small hamlet of Pendoggett set back from the B3314 and complete with popular pub The Cornish Arms is Tregirls, a detached, spacious family holiday home sleeping eight with parking for two vehicles.

Iconic Cornish visitor destinations such as Port Isaac and Port Gaverne are a couple of miles drive by car. The pretty nearby village of St Teath offers another popular pub and handy convenience store and is just 4 miles away. For an extended selection of amenities nearby Port Isaac offers a wealth of fine eateries, pubs and quirky shops. Celebrity Cornish chef Nathan Outlaw has two fantastic restaurants in Port Isaac each offering a very different dining experience. Wadebridge (6 miles) with supermarket selection, high street and two screen cinema is home to the well known Camel bicycle trail which connects Wadebridge to Padstow and Bodmin.

Close too are the must see north Cornwall villages of Boscastle and Tintagel the latter being steeped in myths and mysteries about the legend of King Arthur as well as being home to the famous Tintagel Castle ruins and newly opened (spring 2019) foot bridge. The bustling town of Bude with beaches a plenty and children pleasing sea pool can be reached by car in half an hour.

A selection of other fabulous north Cornwall beaches are also at your disposal and include the beaches at Port Isaac, Port Gaverne, Bossiney Cove in Tintagel and Trebarwith Strand.

Stay - The Accommodation...

From the front of the property and up a couple of small shallow steps from the covered porchway you enter the entrance hallway. Off the hallway is the spacious, light and bright kitchen dining room with pleasant sun room overlooking the enclosed patio at the back. The kitchen is well equipped with a handy utility room accommodating a washer dryer and dishwasher as well as door out onto the patio. A seperate living room with comfy easy seating and electric focal fire is located at the front of the property.

Carpeted stairs lead up to the four bedrooms comprising of a large double bedroom with shower room WC ensuite, twin bedroom, further double bedroom and bunk bedded room with two sets of bunks. The ensuite double and bunk bedded rooms are at the front of the property looking out across Pendoggett, neighbouring countryside and towards the sea with the twin and second double bedroom at the back looking out over the fields behind. All bedrooms are carpeted with ample hanging and drawer space between them. A further shower room WC completes the accommodation layout.

The property is effectively heated by oil central heating.

Outside to the front there is parking for two cars on a tarmac surface. Please note that whilst parking for Tregirls is designated and private, use of the driveway is shared with the property next door. To the back of the property is an enclosed patio with small lawn complete with stylish garden furniture and side gate for added convenience.
