Unpretentious inside, good clean decoration; porch (fridge-freezer) into fitted kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave); smallish living room (woodburner) with TV/DVD; 2 shallow steps up to corridor, off which three bedrooms – two double, one twin – and bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Long and lovely views over fields and woods from kitchen and two bedrooms. Spring water. A peaceful, private place in very easy range of a fine coast.

"A lovely cosy and comfortable bungalow. The garden is large, great for children and dogs. The owners are very welcoming. Quiet and secluded. Good location from which to explore north Cornwall and Bodmin Moor. The only downside is the steep, narrow and rough access track."

"Lovely holiday. Superb location. Enjoyed a nice walk to Port Issac through the fields. Property had good amenities. Small problem with the hot water in the shower. Owners very helpful and arriving to a lovely homemade sponge cake was an added bonus. Would recommend."
