Padstow is only a 10 minute drive, where you will be able to enjoy the delights that the historic town has to offer. The Royal Cornwall Showground is only a 5 minute drive and hold various events throughout the year. Broadmeadows is finished to a high specification with great attention to detail and has several features that make it more eco-friendly than most, including solar-powered hot water. The stairs to the second floor are not suitable for children. 

second floor:

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Pet Welcome: Maximum 1; £25 per week plus £50 security deposit per booking Information about bringing your pet. Pets are restricted to the ground floor. 

Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent; gas underfloor central heating and hot water topped up by solar panels.

Bedding and Linen: Pillows & duvets included; bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
