Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviews on cleanliness are mixed, with several guests finding the cottage spotless and others noting issues with odours, cobwebs, and general upkeep. The positive comments suggest good standards, but the negative remarks indicate room for improvement.

The location is highly praised for its tranquillity and proximity to the Eden Project and local beaches. It is considered ideal for a peaceful retreat and for exploring Cornwall's attractions, contributing to a high score in this category.

Guests generally find the cottage cosy and the bed comfortable, but some mention that the furniture could be updated and the bathroom is small. The mixed feedback suggests that while the cottage is adequate for comfort, there is potential for enhancement.

The cottage is equipped for a comfortable stay, but several reviews point out that certain facilities require attention, such as the shower and seating. The garden is a highlight, yet the need for maintenance and updates affects the score.

The property was as described with a secure garden for our dog (a lively setter). Next door's cat did taunt the dog but all was safe. There was an impressive collection of wid birds eating from the feeder. A great few days away. To be done again.
