Ground-floor double bedroom with wood floor and en suite shower-room (suite). Stairs up to mezzanine landing and two more bedrooms with Velux windows – a double and a twin. Bathroom (suite with separate shower). A good central location for easy access to both north coast sand/surf beaches and the pretty south coast, and for Truro’s city amenities.
