This detached, three bedroom property is located on a quiet lane in the centre of St Agnes; a popular picturesque Cornish village on the North coast of Cornwall. Chy Vean offers spacious pet friendly living accommodation, ideal for a family or small group of friends. The property also has the advantage of its own private hot tub in the enclosed courtyard. After a long day exploring the North Cornwall coastline, what better way to relax than enjoying a glass of bubbles in the sunny courtyard after a long soak in the hot tub. The local beach is only a short walk from the property, from which you can explore the coastal path and historic mining heritage of this unspoilt coastline. The village offers unique Cornish shops, highly rated restaurants and local cafes and eateries to entice you during your stay.

Security Deposit: £50.
Hot Tub: £150 – Please request at the time of booking. The week commencing 18th August 2018 includes the hot tub in the rental price - You do not need to add this as an extra to your booking for this week. Please note you will be required to sign the Hot Tub use agreement.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; electric heaters and heated towel rail in bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Not available but may be hired locally.
Bedding and Linen: Linen and towels provided; please bring your own beach towels.

Chu Vean is an extremely comfortable and well equipped holiday cottage. I would strongly recommend it to anyone wishing to holiday on the Cornish peninsular as St Agnes is well situated to enable visits to all destinations and Chy Vean is well positioned in St Agnes. The Hot Tub is an extra bonus and I would strongly recommend paying the extra hire charge for its use. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the wifi and internet connectivity is fast and reliable. All up, this is an extremely good place to base yourself for a Cornish Holiday.

Chy Vean is a lovely house, tucked away in a quiet little side road it is very private and peaceful. The house itself is very spacious for the five of us staying here and has everything to make your stay very comfortable. We have stayed in St. Agnes before and love it, the village is beautiful and everyone is very welcoming. Chy Vean is a short few minutes drive to fabulous Chapel Porth beach and its breathtaking scenery from the cliff tops and the lovely Trevaunance Cove. We actually met the owner when we arrived and they were very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend Chy Vean to anyone looking for a place to stay in St.Agnes.
