All lovingly created from a bramble wilderness by the charming owners who live in one of the cottages. Cornwall Wildlife Trust woodlands (footpaths) adjoin the gardens. Reached by 700 yards of uneven hardcore track from a road, it is an incredibly private, tranquil place with only the occasional passing horse rider.
Opposite The Granary (Q5) is The Designer’s Loft, a first-floor apartment. Door to hall (for coats/boots, washing machine) and pine stairs up to landing; open-plan living/dining/fitted kitchen (microwave) with high beamed ceiling, woodburner, TV/DVD/video and French windows to balcony (chairs/side tables) entwined with clematis with pretty view over the stream. Two bedrooms – a double, and a twin; bathroom (suite plus hand-shower). No children under 8.
