This listed building is steeped in history and has many original features to enjoy such as stone walls and exposed beams.  From the comfortable lounge you can relax and watch the world go by, sitting in front of the coal effect fire. All within walking distance from Off Square, this vibrant village has a selection of shops, traditional Cornish pubs, cafes and eateries providing the perfect setting for a great holiday destination for couples and families alike all year round.

St Agnes has a choice of beautiful sandy coves and a stunning coastline with easy access to the coastal footpath towards the sandy Blue Flag beach of Porthtowan in one direction, or Perranporth in the other, passing old engine house ruins and Poldark filming locations. Winston Graham lived just down the road and used the whole Parish as the inspiration for his Poldark series of books. From the National Trust-managed St Agnes Beacon you have panoramic views as far west as St Ives. You can learn to surf at St Agnes beach or maybe go on a kayaking tours around the coastline.

parking: On street parking; village car park nearby.  No outside space but the footpath to the Beacon runs right past Off Square door, so ideal for walkers.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am

Power and Heat: Night storage heating. Coal effect fire in lounge area.  Heated towel rail in bathroom.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
