Situated in an enviable position above Porthtowan beach, Sun View provides spacious accommodation with stunning sea and country views, making it the perfect beach retreat for a large family or group of friends. Accepting short breaks all year round, this property caters for those looking for a few days to escape to the coast, or equally a family looking for a week (or two!) holiday, with plenty of amenities and activities nearby to keep the whole family entertained. The open plan living accommodation makes this a very sociable house, with a large garden offering a decked terrace, sun loungers and a sheltered seating area that provides the perfect spot for evening entertaining.

If you manage to entice yourself away from the view, head out onto the coastal path where you can walk north towards St Agnes or south towards Portreath. Stop for lunch at the trendy Blue Bar on the beach at Porthtowan, just a short walk from the property. This stretch of coastline is famous for its surfing, long sandy beaches, the coast to coast cycle trail and the mining heritage with former engine houses and mine stacks dotted around the landscape. Bedroom 3: Superking bed (6', can be separated to form two singles 3' - please request preference at time of booking), wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, bedside tables.

Bathroom: Bath (with electric shower over), basin, w.c.

garden & parking: Parking for two cars on the drive. Extra parking is available opposite the property.  The garden is accessed via the conservatory and offers a large decked terrace complete with sun loungers and garden furniture. Two steps down from the terrace leads you to the lawn garden and sheltered seating area with outdoor cushions and fantastic sea views.

Changeover Day: Saturday – arrival 15:00 – departure 10:00.

Security Deposit: £150

Pet Friendly: Maximum 2 pets; £25 per pet per week. Information about bringing your pet.

Power and Heating: Electricity included in the rent; central heating throughout.

Baby Equipment: High chair and travel cot provided; please bring your own bedding for the cot.

Bedding and Linen: Linen and towels provided; please bring your own beach towels.
