4 Trebellan is a stylish and contemporary eco-style beach house set on the quiet and relaxing Towan Valley development. Surrounded in beautiful landscaped gardens and with the beach only a five minute walk away, this is a great spot if you are looking to get away from it all.
Inside, the property is finished to a wonderfully high standard and is equipped with everything needed for a stress-free holiday. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area is spacious and bright and is an ideal space for entertaining a group of friends or preparing a lovely family meal. From the living area you can even step out onto your own decked terrace complete with patio table and chairs, great on those warm summer days.
Upstairs you will find the most inviting and sumptuous bedroom and bathrooms, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The master bedroom even has its own en suite shower room and a balcony with table and chairs.
4 Trebellan is a great place to stay if you’re a beach lover. Not only is Porthtowan Beach on your doorstep, the beach house is also located between St Ives and Newquay, so whether you’re looking to relax in the sun or try a spot of surfing, you won’t be disappointed here.

Porth Towan is a fantastic location for most people, a small village with a fantastic beach and endless cliffs to walk. We stayed at Towan Valley for the second time this year and myself and my family (husband, 3 children and Mother-in Law) absolutely love it there. The accommodation here is great value for money and a perfect size for 6. It was like a home from home :-) Only downsides are the wifi is a real problem, especially in the evening when everyone is in. The parking for more than one car is not possible (we were in a people carrier so it didn't effect us, but we did find that people with two cars in their party were not using their designated spaces ! The beach in season is not dog friendly which is an issue if you take one with you and plan to spend the day at the beach. There is also quite a large hill unto Towan valley which my Mother in Law struggled with. However, that said, I would have no problems recommending the locations and accommodation and would hope to come back again next year
